Are YOU sick of feeling powerless? I'm Peter Thottam, a 100% Self-Financed & 100% anti-Lobbyist progressive attorney, business & family man and elected Councilman, running for the Democratic Assembly nomination. The Thottam campaign team is focused on Quality Job Creation, protecting social security, cutting healthcare costs and reforming California's out-of-control traffic fine, tax and legal systems.

Endorsed by 4 regional Democratic Clubs, Ed Asner, Congressman Dennnis Kucinich and many others--we are spending ZERO corporate money and using over $70,000 of my personal life savings to help you take back control of your government. Again, if you want someone who is REALLY on YOUR SIDE and who will fight for you and not the Special Interests, please choose "Peter Thottam" for State Assembly when you vote Tuesday, June 8th.

California's legislative paralysis and economic implosion must end. The state has become beholden to career lobbyists, corporate defense attorneys, and Assembly legislators who have no real concern for voters, voters' families, voters jobs' & welfare + no real concern for the very real needs of a severely hurt middle class that has fallen victim to an imploding state economy. In 2006, I ran against Ted Lieu and warned voters about both the state's real estate bubble and the de facto control of our state's government by Sacramento's 1,300 lobbyists. I am the only candidate in this race who has previously run for the Assembly District 53 seat. I won over 3,000 votes in the 2006 general election's final tally.
