  • Post All of California's Finances to the Web every day, starting with Governor's finances and the California Lottery.

Position Papers
Post all Government Finances to the Web Daily
As governor, I will post daily all state government finances to the Internet in the form of a simple online checkbook, starting with the governor's office and the Lottery. This will provide full transparency and accountability for the taxpayers.
Create a Fully Online Collegiate Educational System
Close the State of California university and college campuses and create one online-only state university, retaining just two brick-and-mortar anchor colleges, one in Northern California and one in Southern California.
Promote Business by Creating Workshops for Inventors, Business Owners, and Entrepreneurs
In convention centers and community centers up and down the state, I would facilitate a One-Stop "Be Your Own Boss" Workshop for Inventors, Business Owners & Entrepreneurs.
