We are in this together! I am the candidate you saw in the news recently who went into the burning Watt Avenue home and pulled out an unconscious man who was being burned alive.

I don't just talk about helping people, I do it.

We all can do something to help our neighbors and improve our communities. When our neighbor suffers, our community suffers, and we must find lasting solutions to stabilize California in smart ways which fix our problems.

In our Capitol, it begins with the courage to stand against the special interests and refuse their corruption. It also includes pushing to have the discussion that lawmakers have been avoiding about our economy, healthcare, education, and prison system.

Our Legislature and quality of representation in the Capitol is a monumental failure of pandemic proportions. We cannot afford to continue electing lawmakers have no experience, who pander to special interests, and who sell-out for their own personal gain.

California needs 7 key changes:

  • Improve California's business climate by investing in economic growth and job development
  • Provide all of the resources for our children to grow up to become a competitive workforce in this global economy
  • Provide cost-effective whole-health care and single payer options for Californians
  • Fix our failed prison system: emphasize intervention, prevention, and rehabilitation whenever possible
  • Help Seniors at every level, including in-home and support services, as well as prescription costs
  • Invest in green energy technologies while also protecting water, air, and food sources from pollution
  • Improve government transparency and ethics by going after lawmakers and prohibiting their $10,000-$20,000 monthly "consultant" fees from special interests wanting laws changed.

For voters, these changes begin at home when each and every one of us demands to know exactly where a candidate is on issues, and gets it in writing.
