LEGISLATIVE EXPERIENCE It has been my honor to serve in the legislature and represent the 76th Assembly District since 2004.

I have had landmark bills signed into law that have:

+ Reduced greenhouse gas emissions with the goal of returning to 1990 levels

+ Improved educational opportunities and support for children with disabilities and for students from military families

+ Encouraged smart, green energy and construction policies in residential and commercial buildings

+ Ensured adequate state funding for housing for seniors and protected their investment in long term care insurance
