Ray's View on Public Service

With more than three decades of community and public service I remain a vigorous supporter for keeping our city a great place to live and the center of business, entertainment and culture for our region.

In my district office, I see each of us as stewards of this institution where opportunities exist to define our community in countless ways. Being in this office is a privilege and a public trust. We conduct our business accordingly; and perform our work with care and passion. We are stewards of the City's past, builders of its future, and above all else, servants to our citizens.
