I decided to run for Sacramento County Supervisor to serve the community I love by lending my experience to solve problems in a time when Sacramento County needs it most.

Growing-up in a home where community engagement and civic leadership was a part of everyday life, I learned at a young age that it is not enough to sit on the sidelines and let government happen to you. A commitment to lead and the privilege of representing a community is about ensuring everyone has a voice in shaping the public policies governing our lives.

As Supervisor I will be a voice for an effective, efficient and equitable government . . . one that improves and protects our quality of life.
