  • Rose through ranks from deputy to sergeant, lieutenant, captain, chief deputy and assistant sheriff overseeing jail, court and patrol operations.
  • Today, Sheriff Stan Sniff leads the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, the 2nd largest Sheriff's Department in California
  • A retired Colonel in the Army reserve, and served 30 years in a variety of military staff and command assignments in infantry, armor and cavalry units

  • Sheriff Sniff is endorsed by every Riverside County Police Chief, Riverside Co. Taxpayers Assn., Riverside County DA Rod Pacheco and Deputy Sheriff's.
