Measure A. Safety and Repair Measure -- Garden Grove Unified School District (55% Approval Required)
Pass: 21,149 / 63.8% Yes votes ...... 12,019 / 36.2% No votes
To provide Garden Grove Unified School District students with competitive classrooms and school facilities, improve student health /safety, qualify for $200,000,000 in State funds, shall Garden Grove Unified School District repair, renovate, acquire, construct and equip classrooms, sites, school facilities, make earthquake safety improvements, repair/replace aging roofs, plumbing, heating/ventilation systems, upgrade electrical wiring, fire, security equipment by issuing $250,000,000 of bonds at legal rates, with mandatory audits, citizen oversight, and no money for administrators' salaries?

Measure B. Neighborhood Schools Sustainability Initiative -- Buena Park School District (2/3 Approval Required)
Fail: 2,334 / 51.7% Yes votes ...... 2,183 / 48.3% No votes
To prevent deep cuts in Buena Park elementary and middle school educational programs; retain qualified, experienced teachers; keep school libraries open; and maintain school campuses, nurses/health and counseling services, music and physical education programs; shall Buena Park School District levy an annual tax of $0.0375 per square foot of building space per each assessor's parcel, for 4 years only, with independent oversight, an exemption for senior citizens, and all funds benefiting neighborhood K-8 schools?

Measure C. General Plan Designation of Orange County Fair and Event Center -- City of Costa Mesa (Majority Approval Required)
Pass: 13,000 / 87.7% Yes votes ...... 1,829 / 12.3% No votes
Should an ordinance be adopted confirming the General Plan Designation for the Orange County Fair and Event Center as it is set forth in the General Plan as amended by GP-09-01 which amended the fairground land use designation in the Land Use Element of the 2000 General Plan to describe and maintain current fair and event uses on the site and requiring that further amendment be made only upon majority vote of the electorate?

Measure D. Right-to-Vote Amendment -- City of Mission Viejo (Right-to-Vote Amendment - Majority Approval Required)
Fail: 7,891 / 37.6% Yes votes ...... 13,072 / 62.4% No votes
Shall the ordinance requiring voter approval of certain amendments to the City of Mission Viejo's land use laws, documents, or regulations if those amendments change the zoning of residential parcels or commercial or industrial parcels larger than two acres, increase the number of units or parcels on a residential parcel, provide for private development of public land, or make other specified changes, and specifying procedures for hearings on other land use law amendments, be adopted?
