Rich is not an ambitious politician nor does he work for the real estate industry. Rich works for the people of Marin, protecting their investment in their homes. He knows how important this is to all of us and that Marin is not like other Counties, where cookie cutter subdivisions cover the landscape. He will safeguard your rights under Proposition 13.

He gives personal service while providing efficient assessment help. He wants to further streamline the Assessor's office, making transfer of papers easy and efficient. He will make the transition adding the County Clerk's job to the position as seamless as possible, safeguarding the public's trust in document protection and production.

He will be an accessible Assessor/Recorder/Clerk and his door will be open to all Marin's residents and business owners.
