I have been a Democratic activist for 30 plus years. I began working as a volunteer in various campaigns. I was elected chairpersonn of the L. A. County Democratic Party serving one term and I continue to be active in the county central committee. I was elected to the state central committee and the California Democratic Party's Executive Board and presently continue to serve on both committees. I have worked in various campaigns throughout the county. I am very interested in Democrats being elected. It is clear that we must work for it to happen.
