Issue 3. Proposed Bond Issue and Tax Levy -- Mariemont City School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the Mariemont City School District be authorized to do the following: (1) Issue bonds for the purpose of NEW CONSTRUCTION, ADDITIONS, RENOVATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO SCHOOL FACILITIES AND PROVIDING EQUIPMENT, FURNISHINGS AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS THEREFOR, in the principal amount of $39,800,000, to be repaid annually over a maximum period of thirty-seven (37) years, and levy a property tax outside the ten-mill limitation, estimated by the county auditor to average over the bond repayment period five and twenty-eight hundredths (5.28) mills for each one dollar of tax valuation, which amounts to fifty-two and eight-tenths cents ($0.528) for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation, to pay the annual debt charges on the bonds, and to pay debt charges on any notes issued in anticipation of those bonds? (2) Levy an additional property tax to pay CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding five and fifteen- hundredths (5.15) mills for each one dollar of tax valuation, which amounts to fifty-one and five-tenths cents ($0.515) for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2010, first due in calendar year 2011.

Issue 4. Proposed Tax Levy (Additional) -- North College Hill City School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall a levy be imposed by the North College Hill City School District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of PROVIDING FOR THE EMERGENCY REQUIREMENTS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT, in the sum of $760,000 and a levy of taxes to be made outside of the ten-mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to average four and ninety-six hundredths (4.96) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to forty-nine and six-tenths cents ($0.496) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five (5) years, commencing in 2010, first due in calendar year 2011?

Issue 5. Proposed Tax Levy (Substitute) -- Norwood City School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall a tax levy substituting for existing levies be imposed by the Norwood City School District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of providing for the necessary requirements of the school district in the initial sum of $4,226,000, and a levy of taxes be made outside of the ten-mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to require nine and forty-eight hundredths (9.48) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to ninety-four and eight tenths cents ($0.948) for each one hundred dollars of valuation for the initial year of the tax, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2010, first due in calendar year 2011, with the sum of such tax to increase only if and as new land or real property improvements not previously taxed by the school district are added to its tax list? If approved, any remaining tax years on any of the above two existing levies will not be collected after 2010.

Issue 6. Proposed Bond Issue and Tax Levy -- Princeton City School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the Princeton City School District be authorized to do the following:

(1) Issue bonds for the purpose of NEW CONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENTS, RENOVATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO SCHOOL FACILITIES, AND PROVIDING EQUIPMENT, FURNISHINGS AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS THEREFOR, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TECHNOLOGY, SECURITY SYSTEMS, MEETING AREAS FOR COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS, SCIENCE LABORATORIES, CLASSROOMS DESIGNED FOR SPECIAL NEEDS STUDENTS AND FOR CAPITALIZED INTEREST IN CONNECTION WITH NOTES OR BONDS in the principal amount of $120,000,000 to be repaid annually over a maximum period of thirty-seven (37) years, and levy a property tax outside the ten-mill limitation, estimated by the county auditor to average over the bond repayment period three and fifty-two hundredths (3.52) mills for each one dollar of tax valuation, which amounts to thirty-five and two-tenths cents ($0.352) for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation, to pay the annual debt charges on the bonds, and to pay debt charges on any notes issued in anticipation of those bonds?

(2) Levy an additional property tax to PROVIDE FUNDS FOR THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION, ENLARGEMENT, RENOVATION, AND FINANCING OF PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS at a rate not exceeding one and forty-nine hundredths (1.49) mills for each one dollar of tax valuation, which amounts to fourteen and nine tenths cents ($0.149) for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation, for a continuing period of time.

Issue 7. Proposed Tax Levy (Additional) -- Finneytown Local School District (Majority Approval Required)
An additional tax for the benefit of the Finneytown Local School District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding seven and ninety-five hundredths (7.95) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to seventy-nine and five-tenths cents ($0.795) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2010, first due in calendar year 2011.

Issue 8. Proposed Tax Levy (Renewal) -- Northwest Local School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall a levy renewing an existing levy be imposed by the Northwest Local School District, Counties of Hamilton and Butler, Ohio, for the purpose of PROVIDING FOR THE EMERGENCY REQUIREMENTS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT, in the sum of $6,411,000 per year, and a levy of taxes to be made outside of the ten-mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to average three and eighty-eight hundredths (3.88) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to thirty-eight and eight- tenths cents ($0.388) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2010, first due in calendar year 2011?

Issue 9. Proposed Bond Issue and Tax Levy -- Three Rivers Local School District (Majority Approval Required)
Shall bonds be issued by the Three Rivers Local School District for the purpose of CONSTRUCTION, ADDITIONS, RENOVATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO SCHOOL FACILITIES, LAND ACQUISITION AND PROVIDING EQUIPMENT, FURNISHINGS AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS THEREFOR, in the principal amount of $37,145,000 to be repaid annually over a maximum period of thirty-seven (37) years, and an annual levy of property taxes be made outside the ten- mill limitation, estimated by the county auditor to average over the repayment period of the bond issue four and forty-seven hundredths (4.47) mills for each one dollar of tax valuation, which amounts to forty-four and seven-tenths cents ($0.447) for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation, commencing in 2010, first due in calendar year 2011, to pay the annual debt charges on the bonds, and to pay debt charges on any notes issued in anticipation of those bonds? Shall an additional levy of taxes be made for a period of twenty-three (23) years, to benefit the Three Rivers Local School District, the proceeds of which shall be used to pay the cost of maintaining classroom facilities included in the project at the rate of one-half (0.5) mill for each one dollar of valuation?

Issue 10. Proposed Electric Aggregation -- City of Cheviot (Majority Approval Required)
Shall the City of Cheviot have the authority to aggregate the retail electric loads located in City of Cheviot, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of electricity, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?
