The Law Office of David Weinsoff Fairfax, California (April 1996 - Present). Environmental law practice. Current clients include:

Touchstone Environmental/EPICS International Oakland, California (June 1991 + April 1996). Program Manager responsible for advising public sector and corporate clients on federal, state and local water quality issues, and managing the day to day operations of environmental publications prepared in collaboration with Specialty Technical Publishers.

San Jose City Attorney's Office San Jose, California (January 1990 + April 1991). Deputy City Attorney serving as counsel to the City's Office of Environmental Management, Water Pollution Control Plant and Fire Department, responsible for ensuring that the programs and activities conducted by these departments were in compliance with city, state, and federal environmental law.

California State Coastal Conservancy Oakland, California (April 1988 + December 1989). Conservancy counsel responsible for ensuring the legal sufficiency of the agency's actions to acquire conservation easements for public access, open space and habitat protection.
