As I forge forward to represent our residents, I hope to illustrate how I am the best candidate to offer an independent vote on behalf of our resident. I invite our voters to look beyond personal alliances and rhetoric to find the person whom is best qualified to be your council person.
As a Councilman for the City of Pico Rivera, I offer my neighbors of 15 years integrity in character, diligence in work ethic and transparency in decision-making. Pico Rivera will prosper if we work together to safeguard our residents and visitors; promote economic vitality for our businesses while enhancing the community services which makes us feel proud to live in Pico Rivera.

My life experiences include service in the US Army Reserve, Volunteer for multiple community programs, Instructor at UCLA Extension and Worked as a Security/Risk Executive for nearly 20 years. Presently, I work as an Insurance Broker and Professional Consultant. Once Elected, I will strive to:

  • Decrease crime, gangs and other negative activity in our community by establishing a foundation of forums and open door policy. Expand collaboration between law enforcement, Education institutions and all community stakeholders.

  • Expand the cities business development opportunities by ensuring our business are receiving the necessary tools to prosper and weather these economic times of uncertainty and challenges.

  • Ensure collaborations between all the social service providers for the benefit of ALL our residents. This I will accomplish with vigor and commitment.
