I am 100% against corralling this animal for our entertainment!I am vehemently, frothing at the mouth opposed to the $42 million boondoggle that would corral this beautiful large elephant for spectators' enjoyment! The cost alone is ridiculous! The city of LA is broke, broken , in debt and in deficit! Any way you slice it, we are broke! I say do not spend one penny just so a few people can have a job corralling this elephant!! Shame on you, city council!Shame on you, Mayor Villaraigosa! If elected I will oppose this action with every fiber of my being! Am I clear??!! I am also 100% AGAINST putting a PARK on VA grounds or facilities. This is sacrd ground to me, a former Marine. This land is Federal land, not City Property to put up a PARK!! I hope I am crystal clear on this!!!Also who put up a bronze sign saying "BEAUTY, HONOR, COUNTRY"?!! It should be DUTY, HONOR, COUNTRY!! If elected it will say Duty Honor Country!!if I have any say in it and I will!! PLEASE attend Doug McIntyre's "Pitchforks and torches" rally at the Marriott Hotel on mon Mar 2 6 pm to 10 pm. LIVE on the radio, KABC 790 AM from 7 pm to 10 this mon Mar 2. The election is Tues next on Mar 3 . Don't forget to vote!!! Turnout will be small so every vote counts!!! Vote for me, Craig Wilson, for city council dist 11.
