Top Priorities if Elected |
- Will implement Deming's 14 point "quality management" plan to improve efficiency, reduce waste and cut bureaucracy.
- Federal and State money handed out by the city to provide services to the community must make it INTO the community, not into phony hands.
- It is the mayor's job to represent and reflect the spirit and will of the community, not fight and retaliate against it.

- What Distinguishes Me From the Other Candidates (Part 1)

After attending most of the City Council meetings over the past three years, reviewing each agenda and following up with experts and officials, I don't think there is any other candidate on the ballot, including the incumbent, who is as on top of what is going on in the city on a day-to-day operational basis than myself and has the plan to solve the city's problems. Here are some reasons I am asking for your consideration on March 3rd.

I believe the single most important thing that must be done at city hall is to implement the 14 point plan described in the article below. Any mayoral candidate who does not say they are going to implement the 14 points, is just a joker in my book. The city will not be able to operate efficiently until these 14 points are implemented.
