Implementation of the Sustainability and General Plans

These two Plans capture everything that is important to Claremont residents and to me. Reducing water and energy consumption, encouraging the use of public transportation and clean air vehicles, continuing efforts to make Claremont pedestrian and bicyclist friendly, and preserving and protecting our open space, parks, trees and neighborhoods will all be accomplished through the implementation of the Sustainability and General Plans.

Both documents embody the best of Claremont's long tradition of thoughtful and visionary planning for the future. This planning will require difficult decisions that I am prepared to make.
