To protect, maintain, and enhance vital services including police, fire, emergency response, increasing street paving/pothole repair to improve traffic flow, expanding youth recreation, after school and anti-gang prevention programs, acquiring property for parks/open space preservation, upgrading stormwater drains, improving senior services, increasing code compliance, and other general services – shall the sales tax be increased by one half cent for twenty years only, with citizen oversight and independent financial audits? Para proteger, mantener, y mejorar los servicios esenciales incluyendo policía, bomberos, respuesta de emergencia, aumentar el pavimentar de las calles/reparar los baches para mejorar la circulación de tránsito, expandir el recreo para la juventud, programas para después de clases y para la prevención anti-pandillas, adquirir propiedad para parques/para la preservación del espacio abierto, actualizar los drenajes para las aguas de tormentas, mejorar los servicios para las personas de la tercera edad, aumentar el acatamiento del código, y otros servicios generales - ¿deberá el impuesto sobre las ventas ser aumentado por medio centavo por sólo veinte años, con supervisión de ciudadanos y auditorías financieras independientes?
