Necessary vision for the next 20-plus year of progress in the Riverbank area
Revision of the General Plan began more that four years ago. Originally estimated to take about two years, the planning and review process has been extended at almost every step.

This delay was intended to allow even greater participation and review by members of the public, as well as increased opportunities for response to their questions.

As we complete the approval and adoption process, the city will have a blueprint of the wishes and desires of its citizens for how they want their city to progress into the future.
