We must create a good working environmentTwo years ago I ran for City Council and one of my goals, if elected, was to complete the entire downtown streetscape program. It was my desire to complete the project so that businesses would be encouraged to locate to Atascadero. Here, two years later, there has been no noticeable improvements. We must use our redevelopment funds and complete this project sooner than later. Businesses are going to every community around us and we are being left behind. We must work with businesses and help them to be successfull. We must create a business freindly atmosphere. |
