  • Increase our economic vitality with a Del Rio project consistent with our General Plan, which all Atascadero citizens can support.
  • Complete the Colony Square mixed-use and historic building preservation projects to create a vibrant, attractive and pedestrian-friendly town center.
  • Maintain local control as well as our safe, rural lifestyle by proactively addressing government mandates in a frugal manner.
