Background and goals

By Bryan A Wadlington

Candidate for Director; Ramona Municipal Water District; Division 3

This information is provided by the candidate
During my 32 years in a local fire department, the last 11 of which as a chief officer, I gained invaluable experience in areas of operations such as budget preparation and review, contract negotiations, water delivery systems, and, most importantly, STRATEGIC PLANNING. I will bring to the Ramona Municipal Water District fresh ideas for making sure the residents of Ramona are given the best, most reliable water delivery and emergency services possible in the lowest, most cost-efficient manner. Working with the new general manager and other board members, I will make it my highest priority to ensure appropriate systems are in place, appropriate budgetary decisions are made, and operational guidelines are changed and updated where necessary to avoid possible future service disruptions such as the citizens of Ramona have experienced in the past. I will be fair and open-minded, listening to all sides of any issues. Decisions will be made based on what is best for the citizens of our community. I will form and work closely with a citizen's advisory group to gather and disseminate important information, and bring issues
