  • Public safety will always be one of my highest priorities. Strong public safety is critical to maintain the high quality of life we have in Encinitas.
  • I have approved only balanced budgets with solid reserves, and will continue to do so.
  • I will continue to be a voice for a proactive,forward-thinking City Council.
