To continue to encourage good planning and sound management policies that place our customers first insuring continued delivery to clean, safe, potable water at a reasonable cost to the ratepayer.
Helix Water District is publicly owned and operated to provide you with the higest quality of water and the best possible service all at a reasonable cost. As your Board Member in Division 5 I am committed to:
  • Continue to maintain a good working relationship with the Metropolitan Water District and the San Diego County Water Authority in planning for alternative supplies.
  • Maintain the highest water quality in Southern California through the Levy Treatment Plant Ozonation Process.
  • Maintain an annual capital improvement program that keeps our vast distribution system, tanks and pumping stations in the best possible condition for service reliability and water quality.
  • Work cooperatively with the County, Cities and other agencies.
  • Continue to set high standards for all our highly skilled employees.
  • Encourage good planning and sound management policies that place our customers first insuring continued delivery of clean, safe, potable water at a reasonable cost to the ratepayer.
