4. Do Not Use Excess Revenue for Rewarding Top Administration;

5. Cap CEO and VPs Salaries;

6. Pursue Seismic 1953 Mandate Extension for OSHPD approval, HAZUS and other mens;

7. Use Some Excess Revenue to establish a reserve for renovation / reconstruction;

8. Give Nurses a Voice in the decision Making Process for Patient Care.

Committed to work toward building reserves for future Tri-City growth and seismic retrofit.

We need to give nurses and employees a voice in the decision-making process involving patient care.

This hospital will not be sold unless, according to Health and Safety Code 32126, Subdivision P, the people's voice (community stakeholders) will decided as voters if they want to sell our community asset.
