As a successful Middle School teacher for 34 years, I know what works for kids. Students who attend a school where they are respected and valued will attend every day. Furthermore, providing activities beyond academics will also bolster the students' attitude. I also believe I know what works for classroom teachers as well. A positive employee relationship breeds pride and performance in teachers as well as students. |
