Why Me?

By Roy Moosa

Candidate for Board Member; Fallbrook Community Planning Area

This information is provided by the candidate
Who Am I...What Do I Believe In...Why Me?
Who am I?:

A Fallbrook resident of 14 years, a Fallbrook business owner, a husband, a father, a son, and a concerned citizen.

What do I Believe in?:

Fallbrook's rural character should be preserved. The acknowledgment of Fallbrook's history and historic locations should encouraged. Rural-oriented projects and open space dedications should be encouraged. Parks and conservation land should be encouraged. A revitalization of downtown Fallbrook should be encouraged. A historic theme for the downtown revitalization should be developed. Businesses should be encouraged to upgrade their locations in character with the downtown revitalization. Guidance should be available to residents when dealing with the county and the procedures involved. Businesses should have their approval process streamlined so that they can get back to conducting their business. Planning group members should be easily accessible to provide answers and guidance.

Why me?

I own a home in Fallbrook, I own a business in Fallbrook. I will bring to the Planning Group a unique and well-rounded perspective that encompasses that of a Fallbrook homeowner and a Fallbrook business owner. With this much invested in Fallbrook, I care and am deeply concerned about insuring that Fallbrook charts a course for its future that will provide the best results for its residents.
