VOTE Jose FRAGOZO FOR EUHSD SCHOOL BOARD.
Jose Fragozo Parent Leader, Community Volunteer

As an active and responsible parent in my community I have regularly attended board meetings for several years. I am running for Escondido High School District Board Of Education to further participate in shaping the future for every student. I believe our high schools must be safe, maintain excellent learning environments and retain highly qualified teachers to maximize the opportunity for all students to be successful and graduate.

I work for the San Diego Water Authority. My wife has been a middle school teacher for 12 years. I have two sons who attended Escondido schools where we have been very actively involved. Our oldest graduated and is in college. Our youngest is beginning high school this year. I am a member of CLA Toastmasters International. Some of my relevant experience includes working as Chair of the 2008 North County Parent Conference and President of a EUSD Parent Advisory Committee. This year I will be working with Escondido High School's Parent Club.

I enjoyed working respectfully with teachers, parents, school administration, and community members. As your board representative I will bring my skills and experience to work collaboratively in the interests of fiscal responsibility, focused improvement in academic achievement and student engagement, and leadership in governance. I am respectfully asking you to vote for Jose Fragozo November 4th.
