Candidate for
Board Member; Escondido Union High School District

I work for the San Diego County Water Authority. I have been married for 23 years. My wife is a teacher for the Escondido Union School District. My oldest son is an Escondido High School graduate and he is currently attending Palomar College. My youngest son will be a high school freshman this school year.

Currently, I am a member of CLA Toastmaster's International. I was chairman for the 2008 North County Parent Conference which was held at Orange Glen High School. I was president of a Parent Advisory Committee for the EUSD. Also, I am an active parent participant at monthly school board meetings.

I am looking forward to working with teachers, parents and the community as a partnership for our students future. I am passionate about moving in the right direction with a precious goal and that goal is to improve education for EVERY student.
