  • Plan through the current economic downturn in a way that Encinitas remains in the top 2% of Calif. Cities credit ratings without raising local taxes.
  • Work on the San Diego County Water Authority and Metropolitan Water Dist. of SoCal Boards to ensure a reliable, affordable water supply to the region.
  • Ensure Public Safety and the Essential, Necessary Local Services are Priority #1 and complete the Hall Property Community Park.
