Escondido needs to attract top level Corporate business along it's i-15 corridor. It should also create high qulaity office space in it's downtown core area. These two ventures would attract new jobs and realted property and sales taxes.

The schools must be supported to be abel to acheive the highest test score in teh county. Low performing schools must be brought up to the standards of the higher scoring schools. families need to know that in moving to Escondido their children will have the best education possible.

In recent years ou City has gained a negative image. I would work to include all ethnic groups in solving local problems. By engaging the various ethnic groups we would gain their trust and support in policing their neighborhoods.
