1980 + 1994 Assistant General Manager and Chief Engineer for the Vista Irrigation District in northern San Diego County Responsible for the safety, quality and reliabilty of potable water delivered to 126,000 residents in North County

1994 + 2009 General Manager/CEO and Chief Engineer for the Vista Irrigation District Reported to a five member Board of Directors elected from the populace; Responsible for a fiscal budget of $55 million; 102 employees in numerous professional, administrative, skilled and semi skilled fields; delivered high quality water to constituents; owned and operated Lake Henshaw for recreational and water supply purposes; Owned and operated water treatment facility at Lake Dixon; Retired 12/08
