  • We must remain fiscally healthy during a difficult economic time, while holding to high standards of safety, service and education.
  • We must focus on retaining our existing business base and attracting new business to improve economic vitality, with a focus on clean energy.
  • We must ensure that growth is supported by adequate infrastructure, and work collaboratively in the region on water and transportation solutions.
