  • To require every textbook or courseware publisher to test for and cleanse its instructional materials of all confusions and under-explanations.
  • To require every text publisher to "Program" every fact it teaches in order to fully empower every student to perfectly remember each point..
  • To require every school to "teach to the talents" of each student and to eliminate non-relevant "frill" courses.
