My name is Patricia Rose Haro. I was born on October 31, 1958 in Los Angeles, California to Librado and Arline Sigala. I have one sister and two brothers. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 24 years. He has worked for Ford for 31 years and I am currently a merchandise consultant. My job will vary depending on the needs of a specific client.

My family includes my husband, Richard, my daughter, Ariana 19, a Bloomington High School 2007 graduate who currently attending the University of San Diego and four Dachshunds, Boy, Belle, Kiwi and Lulu.

I have lived in the Southridge area of Fontana for 16 years and my daughter went through the Colton Joint Unified School District for thirteen years starting with Jurupa Vista Elementary School, Ruth O' Harris Middle School and in 2007 graduating from Bloomington High School with honors. I was very involved in my daughter's education always being active as a room mom, various PTA officer positions and school site council. Because I believe in parental involvement so strongly I am currently involved in the formation of a PTSA at Bloomington High School.

I have championed many causes for our students. I was involved in the NJROTC program receiving P.E. credit; as well as was instrumental in our AP students getting much needed text books. I am also an advocate for the science fair program being involved from the district level up to the state level. I was also involved in the strategic planning committee working on character in our schools.

As well as caring for our students with my involvement in the NJROTC program and drama and choir programs at Bloomington High School I believe in community service, and have had the privilege of feeding the homeless with BHS students as well as being involved in this years "Relay for Life" held at Colton High School.
