THESE ARE MY GOAS FOR THE NEXT FOUR YEARS
Goals for the Next Four Years:

More funding for drama, music and arts programs

All day Kindergarten

Program equity between the newer and older elementary schools and between the two middle schools

Managed growth while retaining quality education at all schools

More multi-media and computer programming courses at San Jacinto High School

More honors and advanced placement courses at San Jacinto High School

Maintain class size reduction in the lower grades

Maintain adequate staffing levels for classified personnel as our schools grow

Reduce class size in English and Math classes at San Jacinto High School

Competitive salaries and benefits for teachers and staff so that the district can recruit and retain the best quality teachers and staff

More opportunities for in-service training and continuing education for teachers and staff
