California State and local water issues and policies grow increasingly complex and continue to pose challenges for CID growers and the surrounding communities.

The District faces increasing pressure to maintain its high level of water service given its allocated supply, to maintain or minimize costs to CID constituents, and cope with increasing demands from outside the District to obtain any available water.

I look forward to facing these challenges, maintaining the best service possible and representing the needs of CID constituents.
