"As your El Dorado Hills Community Services District Director, I am committed to providing "best in class" programs and facilities for all residents, fiscal responsibility and accountability, increasing business partnerships to lower costs for our community and focusing on the specific needs of our community. Together we can make El Dorado Hills A Community That Works For Everyone." - Guy Gertsch

Guy Gertsch will:

  • Enhance our parks and improve facilities. He is committed to expanding our parks and facilities. This includes enhancing and improving existing parks and facilties.

  • Oppose any attempts to raise taxes and fees. He will cut wasteful spending and make our community government more accountable and responsible through sound fiscal management.

  • Increase business partnerships to help lower costs for our community. He will work with regional businesses to increase partnerships for community projects and intiatives.

  • Focus on the needs of our community. He will insure that all residents of our community have a voice and their needs are met and exceeded. We must have a community that works for everyone.

FOCUS AREAS AND GOALS FOR EL DORADO HILLS

  • Preserving and Increasing Quality of Life for all El Dorado Hills residents

  • Effective Community Management

  • Bring people together through a common vision for making El Dorado Hills a greater community

  • Make sure our community's government is run effectively and is responsive to our residents

  • Creation and development of new sports fields and parks

  • Expanded development of neighborhood parks

  • Partnering with businesses to lower costs of facilities and services for El Dorado Hills residents

  • Partnering with schools to lower costs for El Dorado Hills residents and insure joint use facilities and fields are in the best condition possible for community use

  • Lowering costs for services provided

  • Fight government waste and cost overruns using prudent spending , fiscal responsibility and accountability

  • Preserve open space and natural areas throughout El Dorado Hills

  • Increase and expand youth and senior citizen programs and facilities

  • Fair and firm CC&R enforcement throughout El Dorado Hills
