MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN THE COMMUNITY
CATHERINE JENNET STEBBINS HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE COMMUNITY OF STOCKTON SINCE 1977. HER GOAL IS TO UNIFY OUR COMMUNITIES TO MEET THE CHALLENGES OF OUR CHANGING FUTURE.

HER POSITION ON COMMUNITY BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, AND ELECTED OFFICE HAS ALLOWED JENNET TO PARTICIPATE IN DECISIONS CONCERNING OUR MOST VALUED ASSESTS: OUR CHILDREN, OUR COMMUNITY, AND OUR GOVERNMENT. THERE ARE ISSUES FACING US NOW THAT WILL CONTINUE IN THE FUTURE.

THESE ISSUES INCLUDE:

HOUSING, HOMELESSNESS AGRICULTURE AND WATER GENERATING AND KEEPING JOBS- IMPOSING PROPER SENTENCING FOR CRIMES- CREATING THE PROPER EXPECTATIONS IN EDUCATION AND PROVIDE A SECURE ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR CHILDREN
