Member, Republican Party County Central Committee; County of Orange; State Assembly District 73

My wife of 41 years and I have live in San Clemente for past 31 years. I am a retired (1971) Navy Officer having serving in submarines and in the Naval Nuclear Reactor program. After retiring from the Navy I joined Southern California Edison as a Construction Superintendent at San Onofre Nuclear Generation Station and then retired in 1995. At San Onofre I supervised the majority of construction work associated with modification and upgrade to Unit 1 nuclear power plant to keep it up to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory standards.

As a life long Republican, I became actively involve with the party in 1996 by becoming a Precinct Captain for Bob Dole presidential campaign. In 2002 I became a Central Committee alternate member, and then in 2004 became an elected member. I have been the San Clemente Republican City Chairman for precinct operation for the past six years, with responsibilities to recruit, train, organize and deploy all of San Clemente's precinct captains and precinct workers.

Summary

I enjoy being a Republican and being a member of the Central Committee. I believe I have contributed favorably to the Republican Party and it's Candidates. I will continue to work to uphold Republican principals and values.
