    Proposition BCSD-2 Construction of Access Road & Boiler Installation -- Bedford Central School District (Majority Approval Required)
    RESOLVED:(a)That the Board of Education of the Bedford Central School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District), is hereby authorized to construct a permanent access road at the Fox Lane Campus from State Route 172, and to install one boiler each at Fox Lane High School and Bedford Hills Elementary School; and to expend therefor, including preliminary costs and costs incidental thereto and to the financing thereof, an amount not to exceed the estimated total cost of $824,000; (b) that a tax is hereby voted therefor in the aggregate amount of not to exceed $824,000 to pay such cost, said tax to be levied and collected in installments in such years and in such amounts as shall be determined by said Board of Education; and (c) that in anticipation of said tax, bonds of the District are hereby authorized to be issued in the principal amount of not to exceed $824,000 and a tax is hereby voted to pay the interest on said bonds as the same shall become due and payable.

    Proposition DFUFSD-2 Increase Amount and Duration of Capital Reserve Fund -- Dobbs Ferry Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Shall the Dobbs Ferry Union Free School District be authorized to increase the ultimate amount and duration of the capital reserve fund established in 2002, known as the "Capital Reserve Fund for Facility Improvements" as follows: to $3,000,000, plus interest thereon, with such amount to be funded from transfers from surplus funds in the general fund to the "Capital Reserve Fund for Facility Improvements" over a period of 15 years.

    Proposition DFUFSD-3 Renovation of Six Science Classrooms at the High School -- Dobbs Ferry Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)
    Shall the Board of Education of the Dobbs Ferry Union Free School District, Westchester County, New York, be authorized to renovate six science classrooms at the High School, including associated costs and expenses, at a maximum estimated cost of $1,500,000, to be funded through the transfer of the amount of $1,000,000 from the Capital Reserve Fund for Facility Improvements to the capital fund for such purpose with the remaining amount to be transferred from the general fund and/or unappropriated fund balance as of June 30, 2008 to the capital fund, to pay the cost of the renovations.
