1. What are your thoughts on land use and development for vacant land in Newark, especially in Areas 3 and 4?

Answer from Vibert F Greene:

5-stars resturants,affordable multi family housing and retail businesses.Developers should set aside 10% of housing units for low income households.A movie theater, aperformance arts center;I would focus on high quality low tech businesses. a new headquater for our police and fire--Pentagon style.
