To maintain the quality of Oak Park schools, ensure student safety and qualify for state matching funds, shall Oak Park Unified School District fund school renovations, including remodeling outdated classrooms and science labs, repairing leaky roofs, improving earthquake and fire safety, and replacing aging portables with permanent classrooms, by issuing $71.1 million in bonds at legal interest rates for improvement and construction of school buildings and grounds?

Para mantener la calidad de las escuelas de Oak Park, asegurar la seguridad estudiantil y calificar para los fondos igualados del estado, ¿deberá el Distrito Escolar Unificado de Oak Park financiar renovaciones escolares, incluyendo remodelar salones de clase anticuados y laboratorios de ciencias, reparar techos que gotean, mejorar la seguridad contra sismos e incendios, y reemplazar los portátiles viejos con salones de clase permanentes, al emitir $71.1 millones en bonos a tasas de intereses legales para mejoras y construcción de edificios y terrenos escolares?

Shall an ordinance authorizing the Santa Paula Housing Authority to develop, construct or acquire in the City of Santa Paula, with federal or state financial assistance, low rent housing not to exceed in the aggregate 150 dwelling units for living accommodations for persons of low/very low income at sites yet to be determined and subject to all required discretionary city approvals be adopted?

¿Deberá una Ordenanza autorizando a la autoridad de vivienda de Santa Paula a desarrollar, construir o adquirir en la Ciudad de Santa Paula, con ayuda financiera Federal o Estatal, vivienda de alquiler bajo que no exceda el total de 150 unidades de Vivienda para residencias para personas de bajos/muy bajos ingresos en lugares que aun no han sido determinados y sujeta a las aprobaciones discrecionales requeridas por la ciudad ser adoptada?

To replace portable classrooms, relieve student overcrowding by building and equipping new classrooms and educational facilities and repairing and equipping existing classrooms and educational facilities throughout the District, shall Oxnard School District issue $64,000,000 of bonds at the lowest possible interest rates so long as spending is annually reviewed by an independent citizens' oversight committee, no money is used for administrative salaries and all funds are spent locally and cannot be transferred to the State?

Para reemplazar los salones de clase portátiles, aligerar el atestamiento estudiantil al fincar y equipar salones de clase nuevos e instalaciones educativas y reparar y equipar los existentes salones de clase e instalaciones educativas por todo el Distrito, ¿deberá el Distrito Escolar de Oxnard emitir $64,000,000 de bonos a las tasas de interés más bajos posibles siempre y cuando el gasto sea revisado anualmente por un comité de conciudadanos independientes para la supervisión, nada de dinero es usado para los salarios para administradores y todos los fondos son gastados localmente y no pueden ser trasladados al Estado?

Shall an ordinance be adopted to prevent gang/drug related crimes; expand drug prevention programs; reduce child abuse, domestic violence; improve 9-1-1 emergency medical response times; purchase paramedic equipment; provide infrastructure; prepare for earthquakes/other emergencies by training, equipping, hiring police officers/firefighters/paramedics by increasing the sales/use tax by one-quarter percent with citizens' oversight, independent financial audits, expiring after 10 years?

¿Deberá ser adoptada una ordenanza para prevenir crímenes relacionados a pandillas/drogas; extender los programas para la prevención de drogas; reducir el abuso contra niños, violencia intrafamiliar; mejorar el tiempo de responder a emergencias médicas de 9-1-1; comprar equipo paramédico; proveer infraestructura; preparar para los terremotos/otras emergencias al capacitar, equipar, contratar policías/bomberos/paramédicos al aumentar el impuesto de venta/uso por un cuarto por ciento con la supervisión de conciudadanos, auditorías financieras independientes, venciéndose después de 10 años?
