I am a black woman running for California's Lt. Governor with the Million Votes for Peace Campaign. In 1999 I sued the CIA and the Department of Justice for "allowing" crack cocaine to infest South Central. In 2004, I was the field coordinator for Prop 66, the initiative to amend California's Three Strikes Law. I will lead the California Senate to pass legislation "for the people".
