Smart Voter Official Statement for Vickie Mulas

Candidate for
Council Member; City of Sonoma

This is a copy of information submitted to elections officials by the candidate

I have lived in the Sonoma Valley my entire life and truly appreciate the beautiful and charming city we all call home. Having served on the Sonoma County Citizen Advisory Committee/General Plan 2020 Update, l share many concerns with residents about our environment, improving roads and traffic congestion, managing growth, affordable housing, water quality and public safety.

We must act now to protect our environment for generations to come by making smart decisions regarding growth, protecting open space and creating new parks for children and families to enjoy. It's time we begin planning for the future.

It's time to look ahead at issues such as affordable housing, Sonoma's future water needs and seek alternative tax revenue so that our city can provide its residents with the necessities that make our quality of life so great. Now is the time to plan for these important issues.

I'll work for your interests to find the right solutions for Sonoma's future so we can continue to grow a healthy economy and live in a thriving community. Let's work together so our city can continue to be a great place to live, work, raise families and retire.

I respectively ask for your vote. Thank you.
