My first priority is to develop trust. It takes a person who can be trusted by the public to accomplish Atascadero's vision. I'm friends with business owners, real estate people, contractors, and long time citizens of Atascadero.

I study the issues at hand. I look and check out all sides. I will promote economic growth.

I have plans to reach out to new businesses and put them downtown. The new business owners will be introduced to exisiting business owners and we will work together to attract the public daily to downtown to make good income for all. I also intend to make more parking and not take away from existing businesses.

My second priority is to develop Atascadero and yet keep its beauty. I intend to help develop the town while keeping the beauty of Atascadero alive.

It is my understanding that those in construction are getting hit with outstanding high fees to build and run water lines. I shall strive to change this. Our citizens in construction have families to provide for, as all of us do.

I want to put our children in a youth center that will not be a hazard to their health. I also hear complaints from parents that there is no entertainment for families. I intent to change that.

I will be a voice for the citizens of Atascadero.

My third priority is keeping the public informed of issues in a timely process so they can have input into the issues at hand and making sure to leave open spaces for future generations.

Citizens know I am not a politician but a person who cares about their town and wants to be a voice for the public.

A vote for me is a vote for you on November 7th!
