We need more funds for better teachers and administrators; better tutorial programs and community/school health and family counseling centers. But key to developing these programs is voter education, voter registration and successfully rallying the community to exercise their vote.

What is failing? The Federal unfunded NCLB mandate that requires all schools to be Proficient/Advanced by the year 2014! What can you do to help?
