Establishing and Growing Excellent Educational Facilities

During my service on the EDUHSD Board, EDUHSD has a tremendous record of accomplishment in improving and expanding our District's educational facilities. My work experience as a school district attorney, in which I have purchased real property for districts and worked on legal issues regarding school district construction projects has been a valuable asset to the EDUHSD Board as it builds new school facilities.

● Ponderosa High: Modernized, improved, and beautified the facilities. ● Oak Ridge High: Added a new wing of classrooms, upgraded facilities, and facilitated much-needed sports stadium improvements by providing a loan to the Sports Boosters. ●El Dorado High: Facilities improved and modernized, and sports stadium upgraded. ●Union Mine High: Added new classrooms and core facilities.

EDUHSD facilities programs involve the use of tens of millions of dollars of public funds; experience and knowledge is mandatory for success in monitoring and implementing these programs. I have the experience needed; as an education lawyer I have acquired numerous parcels of real property for school districts, and have worked on a multitude of complex school construction project issues.
