I believe in: Keeping our seniors engaged in the community - We need to continue to maintaining all shuttle services for seniors and finding the funding to get the Senior Center built in the downtown area of San Leandro. Increasing recreation options for the community - Continue to explore funding options for the competitive pool that was cut from the original plans at the Washington Manor Aquatics Center, as well as ways to bring back the proud tradition of the Cherry Festival, and development at the Marina. Building positive relationships with businesses and school districts - As Kaiser begins to build a future in San Leandro it is important to ensure open and positive communication. We need to continue to strive for positive communication with both school district in San Leandro. Protecting Police and Fire services - Without hesitation, protecting police and fire services is vital. |
