Business Experience:

Steve has nearly 27 years experience in the computer industry. Self-taught, he has been involved in computer hardware and software design as well as management, since microcomputers first came on the market.   Prior to starting his current company, Steve was the Director of Research and Development of a software company that went public and was later purchased by PeopleSoft (and then Oracle), He was responsible for strategic direction, scheduling, hiring, and budgetary issues. Steve has always been a key player in finding solutions to complicated business problems. He knows how to find the root of problems to find applicable solutions. Many people focus on symptoms. Steve likes to find out the problem that we are trying to solve and come up with several alternative solutions. It is far too limiting, and sometimes expensive, to have to implement a specific solution without thinking about the complete problem at hand.
