I have had twelve years experience as an elected official in dealing with budgets in both good and bad fiscal times.
As the candidate who has been elected to serve four times in the area I have experience which is crucial to assuring that taxpayers money is spent wisely.I have the proven track record of doing so for twelve years in Morro Bay. In my last eight years serving in Morro Bay I led the efforts to restore badly depleted reserves to a state of financial health when I left office. It is important that a Supervisor be strong enough to make tough decisions. I have demonstrated my ability to do so. Both former Morro Bay City Manager Dave Howell and retiring Morro Bay Finance Director Jim Koser have endorsed me for this and other reasons.
